I love playing around in a 3D environment. I was playing with lighting and reflections in Lightwave and found out that if you tweak your material settings enough you can make it look like pearlescent paint on a hotrod without using a prebuilt material or shaders. These are abstract representations of the seasons all surrounding a black orb...I don't remember where the idea came from but I like the look.
